Incorporated in September 2008, Liaoning Yinheng Steel CO., LTD. is a sole subsidiary under Liaoning Jinshan Group. The Company is located at the Taian County Industrial Park, Anshan city, Liaoning, adjacent to the Jing-Shen Expressway exit which is 576km away from Beijing. The Company, with its total assets reaching up to 800 million, has grown up to a modern enterprise specialized in the production of cold-rolled plates and coated & galvanized sheets, featured by its sound management, advanced equipment, comprehensive technology and reliable quality.
The company covers a land area of 145,000 square meters, of which 100,000 square meters are used for the construction of factory buildings and common facilities.
We have full hard cold rolled coils, black annealed cold rolled coils, galvanized steel coils, preprinted(color-coated) galvanized steel coils.
Good machinability and accurate thickness allow the cold-rolled plates to be widely used in the automobile and household appliance manufacturing industries, additionally, as the main raw material for the production of coated and galvanized products; the galvanized sheets and Al-Zn alloy-coated sheets, the service life of which has been largely prolonged after being subjected to the hot coating process, are mainly used in buildings, automobiles, household appliances, vessels and drainpipes, etc.; the color-coated sheets, not only featured by their good mechanical strength and superior formability that are inherent in steel plates, but also their good ornamental and resistance to corrosion, as well as the strong adhesive force of the color coating, which can maintain fresh and bright for long, are used worldwide in the out-buildings of factory buildings, machine rooms and cold storage of large factories and mines, as well as household appliances, furniture and common facilities.
The company passed the certifications relating to quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health & safety management system in 2009. ISO 9001 in 2008, ISO 14001 in 2004.
The company currently owns one pickling line with annual capacity of 600,000 tons; four cold rolling lines with an overall annual capacity of 600, 000 tons of cold rolled plates; three galvanization lines with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons of galvanized sheets and color coated galvanized sheets used for civil purpose; three color-coated sheet production lines with an annual capacity of 450,000 tons.
The products of the company have been named Liaoning Province Brand Products for three years in a row. The company has formed its sales network all over the Northeastern countries, South America, Central Asia, South Africa and others.
